Terms of Use
Clear terms for using CiKe Solutions.
These terms protect the work behind this website while explaining what visitors can expect from CiKe Solutions.
Effective date: September 13, 2026 · Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to cike.solutions and the CiKe Solutions webpages, materials, and public information made available through the site (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Information is not professional advice
The Site provides general business and product information. The Merchant Processing Cost Audit is informational and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, payment-processing, or investment advice. Examples and estimates are illustrative; actual costs, savings, results, compatibility, availability, and product performance vary.
CiKe does not guarantee savings, recommend changing providers in every case, or promise that a product, pilot, application, or service will be available or suitable for a particular business.
3. CiKe intellectual property
To the extent protected by applicable law, CiKe Solutions and its licensors own or control the Site and its original materials, including its text, copy, structure, layout, visual design, logos, names, marks, photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos, software, source code, product descriptions, workflows, documentation, and other content (the “CiKe Materials”). Third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.
CiKe Solutions, CiKe, NailApp, Regent K2, and related names, logos, slogans, and designs may be trademarks or service marks of CiKe Solutions or its licensors. Nothing on the Site grants you a license or other right to use them.
Except for the limited access right below, no ownership interest in the CiKe Materials is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Limited permission to use the Site
Subject to these Terms, CiKe grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation.
You may not, without CiKe’s prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Site or CiKe Materials;
- download, archive, mirror, frame, display, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, extract, or use the Site or CiKe Materials to create a dataset, competing service, training corpus, or automated product;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, bypass, or interfere with Site code, access controls, or security features;
- use CiKe names, marks, logos, screenshots, or product identities in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation; or
- use the Site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or infringing activity.
5. Applications, pilots, and product access
NailApp and Regent K2 are controlled or limited-access products. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, access, availability, support, or a particular feature set. CiKe may review product fit, supported use cases, device compatibility, current capabilities, capacity, and other objective operating requirements.
Access credentials, private links, invitations, pilot materials, and product information are personal to the approved recipient and may not be sold, shared, copied, redistributed, or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.
6. Your inquiries and submitted information
You remain responsible for information you submit. Do not submit card numbers, customer payment information, banking passwords, tax IDs, merchant IDs, authentication credentials, or other sensitive information through the Site unless CiKe has separately directed you to an approved secure collection method.
When you send an inquiry, application, question, or other material, you give CiKe permission to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, qualify interest, provide requested information, administer an approved application process, and operate the related service. This permission does not transfer your ownership of material you submit. Do not submit confidential information unless a separate written agreement requires CiKe to protect it.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or hand off to third-party services, including Beacons for approved applications, communications, appointments, qualification, waitlist handling, or product delivery. Those services are controlled by their own operators and terms. CiKe is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, privacy practices, or processing. Review the applicable third-party terms before submitting information.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The Site and CiKe Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. CiKe does not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, compatible with every device, or free of harmful code. CiKe may change, suspend, remove, or restrict any part of the Site at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CiKe Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected savings arising from or related to the Site, CiKe Materials, third-party services, applications, product access, or reliance on Site information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CiKe’s total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid CiKe directly for the specific Site-related service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or 100 U.S. dollars. Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CiKe Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or information and materials you submit.
11. Changes and termination
CiKe may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. CiKe may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any related material when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, CiKe, users, or third parties. Sections concerning intellectual property, submitted information, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and interpretation will continue as applicable after access ends.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, except where mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived. The jurisdiction of CiKe Solutions’ legal organization and the appropriate dispute venue should be confirmed by CiKe and its legal counsel before production publication.

This draft is a practical website terms document, not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review it for CiKe’s legal entity, jurisdiction, privacy obligations, consumer laws, intellectual-property registrations, third-party licenses, and actual products before treating it as final.
